VP, Java App. Infrastructure Ben Rowlands, Morgan Stanley

Ben Rowlands is a member of the global Java Toolkits Application Infrastructure group at Morgan Stanley. The group provides Java infrastructure centrally, including open-source libraries, to improve the productivity of Java developers throughout the firm.

Ben leads technical direction of the Java stack and has worked on many of the integrations between the firms infrastructure and Spring, as well as evangelising use of Spring within the firm. When not writing Java code Ben is usually found on his bicycle touring interesting parts of the World.
